Refunds & cancellation

Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial from your account page and you will never be charged. We send no surprise charges — the trial end date is shown on your account page.

Cancel any time from your account page (via the billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep Pro access until then, and are not charged again. Your cases are never deleted by a downgrade — you keep read access to everything, with one case editable on the free tier.

Not what you expected? Email [email protected] within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewal charges after the first are generally not refunded, but if something went wrong — a billing error, a double charge, a charge after you canceled — tell us and we will make it right.

• Unused mail-credit packs are refundable in full on request.
• Once a letter has been handed to the print vendor it cannot be recalled or refunded — printing and postage are spent at that point.
• Letters rejected by a facility are resent once, reformatted, at no charge, as described in the product.
